L'Embitu Hotel

125 room SPA hotel in city center

The hotel is built into existing buildings in the heart of the city, the floors and facades of which have been partially preserved. The building includes a courtyard, and a separate wing for spa treatments has been added. The height of the building follows the height of the existing buildings on the street and the rhythms of the new facade have been designed considering the surroundings. The new sections of the building are transparent and airy and contrast with the old. The top floor is set back, emphasising the historic cornice on the street facade.

The main entrance of the hotel and the reception area is clearly recognisable and is located on the north facade of the building at the intersection of Lembitu and Vambola Streets.

The hotel is U-shaped. A greenery-filled courtyard is located between the two wings. In addition to the courtyard, the terraces and grassed area on the roof of the building add greenery to this inner city hotel.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and high-ceilinged lobby, the public areas of the hotel and the spa centre. On the first to fourth floors there are 103 hotel rooms, many of which have balconies. The restaurant and the conference centre are on the top floor. The restaurant provides an attractive view of Lembitu Park and the high-rise buildings of the Maakri quarter. The conference centre with seating for 150 is accessible by a separate elevator.
