KOKO Arhitektid OÜ has secured up to €35,000 in funding from the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Facility, NextGeneration EU, within the framework of Estonia’s E-Hüpe program. This financial support backs an innovative project designed to digitally advance KOKO Arhitektid’s capabilities in architecture, interior architecture, and landscape architecture through BIM (Building Information Modeling). The project is focused on defining and assigning specific tasks within the architectural design process using BIM to seamlessly integrate with Estonia’s national e-construction platform. With BIM, KOKO Arhitektid can streamline and enhance collaboration among architects, designers, and contractors, aligning their efforts with Estonia’s forward-looking approach to digital construction. This includes developing methods to share project information and automate workflows on the e-construction platform, ultimately contributing to a more efficient, transparent, and eco-conscious building process. This project’s timeline, spanning from November 4, 2022, to January 31, 2024, underscores KOKO Arhitektid’s dedication to integrating advanced digital solutions in architecture. By focusing on BIM (Building Information Modeling), they aim to refine design accuracy and efficiency across architecture, interior, and landscape architecture.
